We thought it was time for a new family photo since the last one was taken when Hailey was 8 months old. Here's what we came up with.

Turning One
My baby is officially ONE year old! Time flies...which is why I never get to update my blog. It is ever so neglected. I apologize. Here are some things about our little lover.
Sleeps from 7 to 7 every night
Smiles at everyone
Takes a minute to decide if he's going to laugh at something funny
But once he starts, it's hard to get him to stop
Weighs in at 22 pounds
Eats as much as Bryce and Hailey put together
Throws his cup when he's done eating or being confined in his highchair
Is a momma's boy for sure
Snuggles first thing in the morning and always after a nap
Is inconsolable if he's tired or hungry
Claps his hands, throws balls, feeds Jake, and walks along the comfort of the furniture
Is a super-speed crawler
Loves to be outside
Has a head of hair only a momma could love :)
Lights up any room with his big blue eyes

6 months BIG
Our little lover is 6 months old...I can't stand it! He's growing way too fast for my liking. I eat him up every chance I can because I know too well he will soon be BIG. Here's a little about him in his "sitter" stage.
16 pounds 7 ounces
Eats breakfast, lunch and dinner on most days
Puts himself to sleep with his thumb...still
Smiles at everyone ALL the time
Loves to watch Baby Einstein...Mozart specifically
Adores his big bro and sis
Loves his bouncy seat...especially the attached owl friend
Follows Jake across the room with his eyes
Is almost sitting up without support
Sleeps from about 7:30 until 6:30
Naps
Sweet potatoes are his favorite
Fresh bananas are not too far behind
Has no idea how much we love him

Missed
We miss you Uncle Jeff and Aunt Regan!
You always know when Uncle Jeff has been in town...
the kids are always up late
playing
smiling
going
eating out
laughing out loud
spoiled
loved.
Did I mention that they're always smiling? Really. Our kids are always smiling when Uncle Jeff comes to visit. He loves them and they love him. Simple as that.
Ron Jon's
Brian and I decided that the two big kids needed a day without sharing us with Carson. So we left Carson with Grandma and headed to Ron Jon's Cape Caribe for the day. We had a fabulous time swimming, playing in the Lazy River, collecting (dead) Jellyfish, and walking on the beach.
