Green Meadows
I took the day off today to go on Hailey's first field trip! I have to say, she and I had a complete blast. She was so excited and was running from place to place yelling, "wait for me" to the tour guide. I enjoyed every minute...well almost...I could've done without the "smell". Us prego's are very sensitive to those sorts of scents you know.

Spooktacular Trick or Treating Event
I have to say...this was certainly one of those nights where I was able to stand back, watch the fun, and think..."I don't want this to end"! Thank you to everyone who came! We all truly had a blast.

Camping Success
Our very first camping trip was extremely successful! Our weekend included:
hiking, canoeing, eating, tenting, roasting, swimming (some of us couldn't stand the 40 degree springs), eating, woodsing, storytelling, and best of all...FALL weather. I'm glad FALL decided to show her face for our camping trip. She must've known that 2 pregnant mommy's would be way too crabby if we were hot! Thank you FALL!

It's official...
I am not chaperoning anymore of Bryce's field trips. Below is "the face" I got most of our visit to Publix and Home Depot. Whiny, clingy, needy, unbearable. I'm convinced it's me...we have a bad connection when we're on a field trip. The same scenario happened when Bryce was 2 and we went to the farm for the day with his preschool class. Any suggestions? Or could it just be this bakery hat he had to wear while visiting Publix???
Then, all of a sudden, we ate and ventured to the park with 125 kindergarteners...note the change in face...
